One of 24 life-sized, horse-shaped statues were painted and placed around Ogden, UT.
Every horse has a different theme and a unique design. Some are recognizable images, while others are just playful.
For every horse there was a business that sponsored it. That business fronted $4,000 to help pay the artist and cover fees for the statue.
