3 RIVERS PETROGLYPH SITE - New World Ancient Evidence on Waymarking.com

3 Rivers Petroglyphs are totaly amazing.
We came by on one of our 2 trips to New Mexico recently and returned from the 1st on and found out this was listed as a EarthCache.

So the 2nd time back we got all the answers and the required pictures.
Had a blast as we toured the images left by the Ancients.
Only they knew what the were trying to depict.
I sure don't.

The 1 star rating is for Handicap Accesability.
The first petroglyph can be accessed by wheel chair and there is also a binocular viewing area nearby.

Fees
$2 per vehicle for day use and camping.
Fees for the site's two RV hook-ups are $10.

Season/Hours
• Open year-round.

• From April to October, the entrance gate is open from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. From October until April, it is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
• Non-campers must be out by 10:00 p.m. year-round.
