Durham's Q Shack was once part of a chain, but is now operated independently. Great 'cue here featuring both Eastern Carolina and Texas sauces so you're not stuck with one or the other.
My favorite BBQ place in Durham. It's heresy to say so in Durham, but the food here is better than Bullock's.
