This disk is on the depot which now houses the Camben Chamber of Commerce. The rails have been taken up. This location is reference in many of the Camden datasheets for other marks (L197, B197, A193X), but for some reason is not included in the listing of benchmarks at geocaching.com
Edit: This disk was formerly DL0323 Z 192. This benchmark was monumented in 1959 in a rock ledge at the former Missouri Pacific Depot for Camden AR. When the depot was dismantled and moved to its present location to be the Camden Tourist information bureau, the benchmark was removed from the rock ledge and incorporated back later into the depot after it was reassembled. As soon as the benchmark was removed from its setting, the benchmark was considered destroyed.
An X was added to the face of this disk when the mark after it was placed into the depot (a usual placement for such benchmarks) so that any future surveyor would know that this disk is destroyed and should never be used.
