Located in Beacon Hill is one of five "Seattle Scatter Pieces". The 5 Seattle Scatter Pieces are at 5 different sites in the city. When connected on a Seattle city map these 5 pieces form the outline of a boat. The Scatter Piece in Beacon Hill rests upon a concrete platform that is in the shape of a boat. Upon this concrete platform are 3 benches and a spiral shaped sculpture. The attached pictures were taken on Oct 2nd 2008. At this time the park was closed for renovations - it will be re-opening soon.
