The memorial is of a sailor ans two soliders. The memorial is in front of the Ripon Veteran Musuem and was built in 2008. The plaque at the base reads "In honor of Ripon High School Students KIA WII." and "In Memory of all WWII veterans"
The statue was made by Betty Saletta and donated by Ched Kolak.
The monument is at the corner of Locusatr and 1rst, close to downtown.
