The
Hand In History program offers St. Paul residents to tell their stories about their past, present or future in St. Paul.
To promote this program, the City of St. Paul began in 2008 to replace the covers around the city with four different artistic versions. All the versions use a tiny hand print as the background.
The four versions symbolize Arts & Culture, Environmental, Historic Landmark and Sports & Entertainment. Since I do not have examples, I suspect this version is for "Sports & Entertainment" with it showing a boy and a girl at play.
