Along HWY 93, in Arizona, shortly after crossing the Hoover Dam. The sign will be facing you, on your side of the road (the right side), if you are coming from Nevada. There is a safe and easy pullout onto a side road about 100 or so feet before it; same side of the road . These sheep are very rare and very reclusive; you will indeed be very lucky to spot one. This area of hills leading up to the river and the dam is a narrow movement corridor for them.
