Borden park is in Downtown Kingsport near Eastman Chemical Company. It is a central city park with mature oak and beech trees and very little rough. This very compact 18 hole course has holes ranging from 150 to 280 feet. Concrete tees and DGA Mach II targets.
Course contact is Tim Barr, who runs the events there for the Warriors' Lakefront Disc Golf Club. Local Tournaments and an occasional PDGA event are held.
The course designer was Billy Owens, who wanted a short introductory course for the kids in this neighborhood, and to relieve congestion at Warriors' Path.
