I looked for this monument before, I just wasn't armed with the proper tools to locate it. Properly armed, it was found and dug up in minutes. Because it is buried several inches down it will be here for a long time to come, but the text on its brass cap has long since been beaten to illegibility. Crew: Herman Koops NBLS, Paul McClafferty.
