The Stari Grad castle was built in the 12th century and abandoned in the 16th century. These ruins are the part considered to be the upper castle.

The hiking trail up us marked on the road below. About a 30 minute walk, and very steep. There is also a small Inn at the top, and a road up the back of the road.
