Bod je umisten na vrcholu Komaric vizka (tez Komari hurka) ve vysce 807 m n.m. Z terasy pred restauraci je pekny vyhled na Teplickou kotlinu. Vede sem sedackova lanovka z Krupky - Bohosudova (nyni mimo provoz). V zime si tu lze zalyzovat. Autem lze v lete prijet na metr od kamene.
