Building is now the Iberville parish museum. A really nice museum, featuring loads of local history from time of Native American artifacts, through and up to the late 20th century. Inside also features a one of a kind, hand built cypress plank flat bottom boat with a 2 cylinder "putt putt" motor. I would HIGHLY recommend a visit. I had been past building numerous times and never knew the treasure inside. Exposed virgin cypress rafters in main body of building.
