Stamped NURSE, Benchmark Monument. Located along Highway 36 in Washington County just east of Highlands Trail N. Witness post and mark are south of the eastbound lane of Highway 36 on the side of the hill. Couldn't find any reference to this in any local or the NGS database. Gonna mark it was placed by MN/DoT, nothing was actually stamped on the disk but the witness post was MN/DoT placed.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
