Scotts Bluff County Courthouse, Gering NE - U.S. National Register of Historic Places on Waymarking.com

Although Scotts Bluff county was separated from Cheyenne County in 1888 a replacement for the small original courthouse was not approved until 1919. Gering has always been the county seat and the courthouse is located on a shady square in the downtown area.
