[FR] Depuis la Protohistoire à nos jours, 3500 moulages suggérant aux visiteurs ce qu'étaient tous les rêves d'évasion et les préoccupations des prisonniers, des soldats, des dilettantes... leurs espoirs, leurs souffrances... La collection la plus singulière du Musée : l'accumulation en un seul lieu de tous les témoignages des soldats de la Première Guerre mondiale, qui apporte une réflexion sentimentale profonde. Tous les graffitis sculptés sous terre, il y a 80 ans, dans la pénombre et le froid des carrières, constituent le patrimoine hérité de ces hommes, de leur trace passagère et de leur mémoire !

[EN] From the dawn of history to the present, 3500 castings introduce visitors to the daydreams and preoccupations of prisoners, soldiers, dilettantes... their hopes, their suffering... The most unusual collection in the museum : the gathering together in once place so many testimonials of soldiers from the First World War, which inspires profound sentimental reflection. All of the graffiti sculpted underground, 80 years ago, in the shadowy light and the cold of quarries, constitues the legacy of these men, the traces of their passing, and the memory of them.
