Benchmark located in North St. Paul, Minnesota in Ramsey County. Mark is the cross on the spire of the St. Peter's Catholic Church. From the NGS data sheet when it was first observed in 1934.

"THIS STATION IS THE BASE OF THE GOLD CROSS ON THE SPIRE SURMOUNTING THE ST. PETERS CATHOLIC CHURCH. THE CHURCH IS A RED BRICK BUILDING WITH A SQUARE BRICK TOWER AT THE FRONT (WEST) CENTER. THE TOWER HAS BUTTRESS CORNERS WITH ORNAMENTAL CONCRETE TRIMMINGS. THE UPPER PART OF THE TOWER IS A BELFRY WITH A DOUBLE LOUVERED WINDOW ON EACH SIDE. AN OCTAGONAL WHITE SLATE SPIRE SURMOUNTS THE TOWER. THE SPIRE HAS RED CORNERS AND RED TIP, AND A GOLD CROSS ON TOP. THE SPIRE IS ABOUT 115 FEET HIGH AND IS QUITE PROMINENT. THE BUILDING WAS ERECTED IN 1915."
