Description of Memorial: Black polished marble, with three connected panels. Left carries the US Flag, right carries the POW flag, center the flag raising at Mount Suribachi, Iwo Jima, with dedication below. On the rear is the Phrase "All Gave Some, Some Gave All" and the date.
Across the bottom of the monument are shown the insigna of the services.
