Cornercopia is a student driven and run transitioning to organic farm on the St. Paul Campus at the University of Minnesota. They grow 100+ varieties of fruits and vegetables and offer a student Farm Planning and Growing Class During spring semester and internships for students during the growing season. They sell at the Farmer's Market on the Minneapolis Campus during the Summer and do office deliveries on the St. Paul Campus during the growing season.
