Coordinates are for the entrance located off 4th Ave. Go through the revolving door get on the elevator. Take it to the 10th floor. When you get off the elevator, go left and then go left again. Walk until you can't walk any further and you find yourself on a small platform. The art is displayed on the screen in front of you. You have a great view down into the library from here as well. This piece can be seem from many other vantage points in the library as well.

Gary Hill, a Seattle native, designed this digital art which was installed in 2004. A 40 foot by 40 foot screen mounted high up in the library is the stage for Hill's piece. The screen displays many different everyday objects as computer generated wire mesh forms. The way the images appear, it will make you feel as if you are moving through them. Be cautioned that on sunny days, when the sun hits in the right place, this can be a tough piece of art to admire!

Parking is available on the street or in nearby garages. There is a garage located under the library off of Spring Street. Parking is free for the first 20 minutes in the garage. There are daily tours offered of the library that highlight many different features and designs.
