This is a sculpture located in a tiny park that is more like a detour on a sidewalk then a park. It has two sculptures. One is Standing Wave which is located prominently in the center and the other is this one which is located out of the way under a tree. The plaque is scratched and hard to read. There is also a geocache here called Standing Wave
