The marker reads:

Albert Peters
Born July 30, 1871
Died Jan. 14, 1917

This is still another different style of Woodsmen Marker. The background has a woodlike appearance that has been chopped and the WOW emblem is placed on what appears to be parchment paper that is beginning to roll. We haven't seen one quick like this before.
