There is little information on this house but it is the farm connected to the Old Rectory. The Old Rectory is located near the church whilst the farm is along the main road through the village. It is built in the same style as many in this area and would date back to 1830 when many of the houses were erected for workers on the Lilford estate. The Old Rectory round the corner was built around 1633.
