It was quiet today but this park gets a lot of use at other times.

There are separate sections for smaller and larger animals, the chain link fence completely encloses each area. There are water facilities for drinking for your pets throughout the area.


The park has added a covered picnic area for humans and dogs to rest in a shaded area when hot.

The Human Society of Wilkes and the Town of Wilkesboro helps with this park. This dog park is within a larger park call Cub Creek Park.

This park is open from sunrise to sunset.

Description of Enclosure:
Both smaller and larger animal areas are enclosed with chain link fencing. They have a double set of gates at the entrance.
