A very detailed veteran's headstone in Fountain Cemetery.

This headstone has many detailed features; fitting for a veteran and POW of the Civil War. The headstone lists information for Josephus, and his wife Sarah. It also has Josephus' military record, and a short inscription on the two other plates. In addition crossed swords, the GAR Veteran star, and pictures of the Schuyler's are cast into the headstone. It also shows that the headstone was erected in 1882 Josephus' information reads: Captain
