Located under the arbor at the spring that gives the community of Sandy Springs its name.

The sale of the bricks was to benefit the Sandy Springs Entertainment Lawn.

This is a multi-use area. The historic spring, the Williams-Payne House Museum, a few sculptures, a 9/11 memorial, a park and benches as well as a small amphitheatre are all located here. Funds where for benches located in the park.
