Found this side of beef off the hoof and on the trailer just east of my town of Rockwall, TX on Interstate 30E.

This is one big steak. From outside the fence I would estimate he was at least twelve feet from hoof to crown. And by the size of the package hanging between in the hind quarters, well let’s just say those are Rocky Mountain Oysters for a small country.
