Of course with all the expat presence in town there has to be a Starbucks. I was disappointed once again not to get a chai latte (green tea latte is the closest they get). First floor is sunny with chairs and a few tables. Second floor gives a view of the busy corner through glass walls. Third floor is open air and a perfect spot for viewing special events and looking down into the plaza inside the old city gate.
