This benchmark is located at the junction wye of Ore Hwy 27 and U.S. Hwy. 20. The benchmark cap is set in a square concrete post located about 50 feet north of Highway 20 centerline. The cap was set by the US Coast & Geodetic Survey in 1934 and was stamped E112, 1934.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1934 7.1 MI NW FROM BROTHERS. ABOUT 7.1 MILES NORTHWEST ALONG THE CENTRAL OREGON HIGHWAY (U.S. 20) FROM THE STORE AND SERVICE STATION AT BROTHERS, DESCHUTES COUNTY, AT THE JUNCTION OF THE BEAR CREEK HIGHWAY (OREGON 27), NEAR THE CENTER OF THE SOUTH LEG OF THE TRIANGLE AT THE JUNCTION, AND 50 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE CENTRAL OREGON HIGHWAY. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED E 112 1934 AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST.
