AKA Mana Seedokbuab. A favorite son of this Gulf of Thailand resort town. He was the 3 time world boxing champion - flyweight and the first world boxing champion from Thailand. The statue is the center of a fountain in the city part named for him. He died in 1982 only 47 years old.
