This fountain is now located in front of the Crook County Courthouse. The fountain was originally located in front of the old Ochoco Inn. The old Ochoco Inn burned in 1966 and in 1976 the Prinevile Garden Club restored the fountain and placed it in front of the Courthouse.

In appreciation for those who dedicated time and money towards the landscaping of the Courthouse Grounds, restoring the Ochoco Inn Fountain, the benches and the memorial.
