The mural depicts several facits of Victor Harbor community use that has been in the Town Hall for the last 100 years. The mosaic was designed by a local artist Michael Tye and he then taught interested volunteers how to make the panel and facilitated its construction. It is located in Coral Street, Victor Harbor.
