When I was here it was winter and the fountain was not running. It is in Carousel Park which is a New Castle County Park in Northern Delaware. In the past several years it has been fixed up very nicely by the county from the overgrown state it was in before. They have lots of equestrian activities that go on here as well as hayrides and bonfires in the fall. A nice walking trail circles the park.
