This a Dennis RS131 water tender with a V8-640 engine.

it's one of 5 of these appliances delivered to DFB in 1980/1981, it's registration is 302-BZJ, the 5 engines were 302/303-BZJ, 206/207/208-GZL - only this one and 206-GZL exist today - the rest were scrapped.
206gzl is owned by a new waymarker.
This series of water tender was one of the most successful of Dennis designs and dominated fire engine sales during the 1980's. It had an Ogle designed steel safety cab, and was fitted with a Perkins 640 V8 diesel engine.
Decontamination unit
Contains equipment for setting up a decontamination area and showers for firefighters and casualties. A Chemical incident support unit carries an inflatable tent and extra equipment such as radiation detectors and gas tight chemical incident suits.
All the vehicles seen in the photo's are now used for training excercises.
