Smaller Starbucks, but still a nice place to sit and enjoy a morning. GREAT outside seating area with a beautiful view of the canals and conference center that are part of the resort, and off in the distance the Burj al Arab and Arabian Gulf.
Lots of kitsch for sale! Great for Starbucks groupies...mugs of all kinds, including Dubai, the Gulf Countries and some Middle East countries.

Review:
Dubai is very customer service in general, but the staff get overwhelmed with large orders or a line up of people. Good managers make all of the difference at different location in the Emirates.
Varied nationalities also make ordering a new and exciting experience each and every time.
