This car part sculpture stands along the road in front of the BLC Automotive Repair shop. The building is set back from the road, so this guy helps grab your attention as you drive by. The shop does a lot of aftermarket exhaust work, so the materials used seem only natural (as do the Flowmaster stickers that decorate him.)
