This is a small boat ramp just off San Juan Avenue, offering access to the Cedar River, which flows into the Ortega River, and on into the St. John's River. There's a section where people often fish from on the bank, and a decent number of parking spots for vehicles with trailers. It doesn't look like this would be a good spot to launch large vessels, but most bass boats and skiffs should do fine. Its a public ramp, with no fee for launching.
How it got the name Lighthouse Marine is beyond me though. The only thing that resembles a lighthouse here is the restrooms.
