The memorial was donated by the Ladies Auxiliary in 1969. There is a small message board which currently reads: "Lest we Forget". The station dates back to 1950 and is now 57 years old. The memorial is 38 years old. Station 341 is the Fire Company building on Smithville Road at the Rancocas Creek Please park at the lot (just off of Smithville Road) which is 75 feet south of the station, beneath the turnabout which runs just to the right of the bell. In other words, stay out of the way! There are emergency vehicles! By the way, if you visit the site which lists all of Burlington County's fire stations, you will notice that Eastampton is conspicuously left off!! Now that is irritating. You will also notice if you go to the fire company's website, the town's website or any other website pertaining to the town or its various departments, at NO TIME is the actual physical address of the station listed.
