Memorial Arch- Barrie, Ontario - Freestanding Arches on Waymarking.com

Now spanning Mulcaster Street outside of Barrie's City Hall, this arch has the shape of a mansard roof outline reminisent of the original Market Building that dated from the 1870's. The building was remodeled as Barrie's City Hall in 1959 and subsequently demolished in 1985.
