Scott has been in operation since 2005, when he purchased the brewing equipment of a bankrupted commercial brewpub. He moved into a nondescript warehouse in a deserted semi-residential street, parallel to a busway.
Since then, he has experienced success, getting many visitors during growler hours Tu-Th 5-7 PM and Sat 12-5 PM.
