"Tonkotsu Ramen" making soup with a bone of the pig is edible in Japanese Kyushu region. "Tonkotsu" ="ton" means Pig, and "Kotsu" means bones.
But soup doesn't smell bad at all, smells delicious actually, and the soup color is milk-white. There are a lot of ingredients on ramen.
