Now to top of the Night we ended with a great Salsa.
We love Mexican Food being from the SW Desert.
Taco's,Burrito's,Pico de Guillo,Fajita's,cabrito's,Enchilada's Red or Green,chicharoni's and many other.
And this one hit the spot,not to HOT!!!
But just right in the neon light.
Sometimes you just have to look for ways to make your day's go better.
We tend to do it by Waymarking these great places.
I wish we could get out a lot more,but we are happy with this days finds of great neons along the Trail of Life.
