I happened upon this benchmark while hunting a nearby geocache, It's located in a concrete wall at the end of Naupaka Street in Laie, Oahu, Hawaii.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1969 2.7 MI NW FROM HAUULA. 2.2 MILES NORTHWEST ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 83 FROM THE POST OFFICE AT HAUULA, THENCE 0.2 MILE NORTHEAST ALONG ANEMOKU STREET, THENCE 0.3 MILE EAST ALONG NAUPAKA STREET, AT THE EAST END OF THE STREET, IN THE TOP AND 4.4 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH END OF A CONCRETE RETAINING WALL, AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET HIGHER THAN THE STREET.
