This sculpture was unveiled in Rifle, Colorado's new Centennial park during the celebration of Rifle's Centennial in 2005. Locals call this sculpture "Ride'em Cowboy," however the plaque names the piece as 'Over the Rainbow' by Mitch Billis. This is a fitting sculpture since Rifle has a ranching heritage and now has world-class trout fishing rivers. The park is part of the ongoing public use trail construction to connect with Glenwood Springs and other surrounding areas.
