From Rd 40 at the Rd 4001 junction, go south on powerline road for about a half mile. The cap is located along the powerline right of way road, 140 feet west of powerline corner and 40 feet north of powerline. The cap is marked T 20 S, R 11 E, Section Corner 4, 5, 8, 9. It was set in 1980 for the Deschutes County Surveyor’s Office by McCullough, Bryant & Assoc., PLS 930.
