DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1970 10.9 MI SW FROM DELTA. 10.9 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD FROM THE STATION AT DELTA, 1 POLE NORTHEAST OF HIGHWAY MILEPOST 62, 2 FEET SOUTHWEST OF MILEPOLE 638.50, 87.8 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST RAIL, 25 1/2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 257, 4.6 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE NORTHWEST RIGHT-OF-WAY FENCE, 1.9 FEET NORTHEAST OF A WITNESS POST, ABOUT 6 1/2 FEET LOWER THAN THE TRACK, ABOUT 1/2 FOOT LOWER THAN THE HIGHWAY, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 0.3 FOOT ABOVE THE GROUND.
