DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1970 21.9 MI SW FROM DELTA. 21.9 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD FROM THE STATION AT DELTA, 1 POLE SOUTHWEST OF MILEPOLE 627.50, 90.4 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST RAIL, 24 1/2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 257, 33.853 FEET NORTH-NORTHWEST OF THE STATION, 56.79 FEET NORTH-NORTHWEST OF R.M. 3, 27 1/2 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE FIRST POLE SOUTHWEST OF THE 1/2-MILE POLE, 1.4 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A FENCE, ABOUT 1 FOOT LOWER THAN THE TRACK, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 0.4 FOOT ABOVE THE GROUND.
