This reference mark is located about at Valley Falls, Oregon at the junction of Ore. Hwy. 31 and U.S. Hwy 395. The cap is set in a concrete post 40 feet east of Ore. Hwy. 31 centerline. The reference mark was set by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey in 1976 and was stamped VALLEY FALLS NO 5.
