This webcam on East Carolina University's campus clock tower is pointed towards a metal grate that, in the proper weather, emits a cloud. The clock tower camera seems to be down, I'll update when it's back up!

The "Sonic Plaza" camera also located on this tower and pointing in the opposite direction is operational, it doesn't have its own Waymark (yet) and can be seen here: (visit link)
