Knoebels Old # 99 Steam Locomotive - Locomotives on Waymarking.com

This locomotive is located inside of Knoebels Grove Amusement Park in Elysburg, PA. The park is old and they continously add things. You need to wander to the back of the park toward the log flume to find this ol' girl. It's an 0-4-0 and you are allowed to climb, hang, eat, sleep on it. Kind of sad actually since it really ought to be preserved. It's virtually impossible to get a photo of it without people hanging off it. There's little known history about this engine. There are no signs or history markers. But if you want to climb on an engine, here's the place.
